Mail Abwesenheit

This page will guide you throw the creation of "an absent email" that will be send automatically for example during you vacation time :

Step 1:

Gebe deine Login Daten ein

Step 3:

Gehe zu Administration

Step 4:

Jetzt unter Abwesenheit (aktiv setzen) Datei:Bildschirmfoto 2017-10-16 um 09.03.00 und Text eintragen:

 Click on "managesoeve" inside "filtersätze" and in "abwesendheit" inside Filter

Step 6:

 Select your receivers : specify an audience that they will receive your email. example : all people that are in your contact list

Step 7:

 Choose a filter name 

Step8:

fill your email body

step9 :

 Click on the parameter icon : in "Filtersätze" and on the same icon on"Filter" and click activate.

step 10 :

Click save.
